Rhonda Bernard is the principal of Harlow Elementary in Anna ISD. She has over 30 years of experience in education, holding various roles including classroom teacher, instructional specialist, instructional coach, instructional coordinator, and assistant principal. She is passionate about student and adult learning- especially growing teachers to be the best instructional leaders they can be for their students.
