I am a  4th-grade reading teacher, mom, educational leader, and doctoral student with a passion for helping students grow through intentional, data-driven instruction. With experience across multiple grade levels and a strong background in literacy, I believe small group instruction is one of the most powerful ways to meet students where they are, close learning gaps, and build student confidence. My passion lies in creating engaging learning experiences that lead to measurable growth and lasting student success.
