Dr. Jacob Fischer serves as the Director of Special Education for Anna ISD. With experience as a special education teacher, educational diagnostician, and leader in multiple roles, Dr. Fischer offers a comprehensive perspective on supporting students with disabilities. He is committed to ensuring that the Special Education Department fulfills its core mission: serving students and supporting campuses through continuous improvement in conducting full individual evaluations, developing individualized education plans, and providing specially designed instruction.
