Anna ISD Launch Week: Back to School 2026

I have 16 years’ experience in Education, serving as an Administrative Assistant to two Superintendents and two Special Education Directors, and 31 years as a Pharmacy Technician (both hospital and retail), managed a compounding lab, and chemotherapy compounding for the Mayo Clinic. I am currently in my fourth year with Anna ISD and am grateful to call Texas home, though I am still adjusting to the Texas heat! I serve the Special Education Department as both a Purchasing Agent and PEIMS Specialist, where I manage the purchasing process to equip staff and students with the curriculum, supplies, and equipment they need to succeed. I also enter and manage student service data in Ascender, ensuring accurate reporting to TEA and SHARS for reimbursement. I am pursuing my bachelor’s degree in business management, with an expected graduation date of May 2026. Outside of work, I am passionate about researching and teaching family history, quilting, serving in my church, and I treasure my visits north to visit my eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
