Principal, Hendricks ElementaryGabe Medrano is an accomplished instructional leader dedicated to fostering safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environments. Currently serving as Associate Principal at Anna High School, Gabe oversees campus-wide academic interventions, discipline frameworks, and professional learning initiatives that drive student success.With over a decade of administrative experience across elementary, middle, and high school settings, Gabe has built a strong reputation for improving academic performance, strengthening campus culture, and developing systems that support all learners. His leadership focuses on empowering teachers through data-driven instruction, visible learning practices, and strategic use of PLCs to elevate teaching and learning outcomes.A perennial presenter at the Anna ISD Learns Conference, Gabe frequently leads sessions on Visible Learning, Aggressive Monitoring, and Fundamental Five strategies. His work emphasizes the power of relationships, collaboration, and intentional feedback to create meaningful growth for both students and educators.Gabe holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Arts from The University of Texas at Arlington.
