Anna ISD Launch Week: Back to School 2026

In this session, teachers will explore the Application component of Bluebonnet Math and how it provides students with opportunities to apply their learning in meaningful, real-world contexts. Participants will learn how application tasks promote problem solving, reasoning, and the transfer of skills by engaging students in tasks that require them to make sense of situations, choose strategies, and justify their thinking.
Participants will have 30 minutes of dedicated planning time to design and refine application tasks that are purposeful, rigorous, and accessible for all learners.
